Dementia UK has experienced remarkable growth over recent years, reflecting the increasing demand for our services and the trust placed in us by supporters, partners, and funders. From a modest income of £7 million in 2017/18, we have expanded our financial base to reach a projected £30 million in 2024/25 - a more than fourfold increase in just seven years.

This growth has enabled us to:

  • Expand Admiral Nursing services across the UK, reaching more families affected by dementia.

  • Invest in digital infrastructure to enhance service delivery and accessibility.

  • Strengthen our workforce, ensuring we have the capacity to meet growing demand.

  • Maintain strong governance and financial stewardship, ensuring every pound is used effectively to support our mission.

Our financial strategy is focused on sustainable growth, ensuring we can continue to provide life-changing support to families affected by dementia now and in the future.
